ProStart culinary students from Payson High, Salem Hills High, Mapleton High, and Springville High came together for an incredible day of learning, reviewing, and preparing for the ServSafe Manager certification test!
What made the day truly special? Students led the way.
They taught each other through engaging presentations, interactive activities, and hands-on learning—turning test prep into something fun, collaborative, and highly effective.
Kelsey Chappell, ProStart teacher at Maple Mountain High, shared:
